When the sunlight strikes raindrops in the air, they act like a prism and form a rainbow. For her podcast episode, Lithuanian artist Monika Balu invited Dutch artist Rein Jelle Terpstra to discuss the relationship between sound and image, the impact of memory and absence, and how communication has changed as a result of to the ongoing pandemic. Throughout the conversation, the artists speak to their artistic practice, elaborate on their position as makers using photography, and share their experiences of excessive self-awareness when using online communication tools during the pandemic.
