Welcome to my meditation podcast! My name is Sandra Bom. For several years I have been interested in astrology and everything around it. I have read a lot about it and have studied the different phases of the moon. Especially the new and full moon appeal to my imagination because they bring us new opportunities every month. New opportunities to set intentions and wishes for yourself and opportunities to leave behind old feelings, thoughts and events that no longer serve you. To better work with the specific intent of each New Moon and Full Moon, I will be uploading a meditation twice a month. I believe in short and powerful. You can use the meditations to better tune in to the specific characteristics of that specific moon and to get into the right spirit for setting your moon intentions or just letting go of that which no longer serves you. I am certainly not an expert, the field of astrology is too large for that. But in the meditations and information about the different zodiac signs I give you my interpretation of this.
