The 90’s, 80’s and 70’s offices need to be upgraded to new standards. Dan tells about a department stores that he converted into an office with a gym and retail. It is challenging because of floorplans, but there is a lot of value still in the buildings without demolishing it. ESG is also a huge reason to save a lot of carbon by retrofit buildings.
